Our Products
SecurityKit.com offers both PC and laptop security locks and hardware and theft recovery software. Our hardware solutions include laptop storage carts, cable locks for protection against casual theft, drive locks and alarms and plate and enclosure systems for higher risk environments. We maintain a large inventory of security and computer theft protection parts and equipment, can configure custom security solutions and provide security components in bulk for multi-station configurations. Our software solutions, PC PhoneHome, Mac PhoneHome and the Enterprise Version of PC PhoneHome allow for the actual recovery of stolen computers and laptops.

To Place An Order
- Online Though Our Secure Shopping Cart
To place an order online select the item you wish to purchase using the “BUY” button. In the shopping cart you can adjust the quantity you wish to purchase. Then select your state and use the “RECALCULATE” button to display correct tax, product and freight charges. If you have any special requests they can be entered in the comments section. When you are happy with your order hit the “GO TO PAYMENTS” button and enter your shipping and billing information, press “CONTINUE” and choose a payment type. If you choose check or money order you will get an order confirmation number and instructions for sending in your payment. If you choose payment by credit card you are taken to page on our secure server where you can safely enter your information and receive a confirmation number. That is all that’s needed. You will be sent an email confirming your purchase and once your order is shipped an email with your order’s ship date and tracking number.

Policies
- Warrantee
SecurityKit.com products will be free from defects in design, assembly, materials and workmanship for life or we will replace them.
- Returns
Non-defective hardware products on standard items ordered through this website are returnable within 30 days of purchase. Procedure is to call or email us at customercare@SecurityKit.com with your order number. We then issue an RA number, and provide you with return instructions. A restocking fee may be applicable on certain products. Upon receipt of the returned products in salable condition we will issue credit for the full amount minus actual shipping charges. Software orders are not cancelable for the Pro version once the username and password has been emailed and for the Enterprise version once the order has been received.

Online credit card orders are processed securely using 128-bit SSL encryption and are stored on a secure server for your protection.
- Privacy
SecurityKit.com considers all information relating to visitors to our site, our customers, and our mailing list subscribers to be absolutely confidential. We will not under any circumstances share, sell, rent or trade any information about you to anyone.
- Shipping
Within Continental USA SecurityKit.com ships most orders within 3 business days of payment via UPS or FedEx Ground. Once shipped please allow 2 to 5 days for delivery depending on your location. Expedited shipping and, in some cases, same day shipping can be arranged upon request.
Shipping charges within the 48 contiguous states
Shipping charges within the 48 contiguous states for orders up to 36 lbs. are calculated automatically and range between $7.50 and $15.00 depending on the weight of the order. Above 36 lbs. the cart will show $0.00 shipping and we will email actual charges for approval before shipping.
Specifically:
Up to 3 lbs. - $7.50
Over 3 lbs. To 5 lbs. – $10.50
Over 5 lbs. To 8 lbs. - $12.50
Over 8 lbs. To 36 lbs. - $15
Over 36 lbs - We will email you shipping charges for approval
Shipping Charges Outside the 48 Contiguous States & International orders
For orders outside of the 48 contiguous United States we add actual freight charges to the product total. You can call us or fax your order and we will provide you the exact amount of the shipping charges and order total. If you order online disregard the freight amount shown and we will email actual freight charges to you for approval before we ship. There is a $100 minimum order amount on overseas orders.
Orders to APO or FPO Box addresses

- Sales Tax
Sales Tax is applicable for California (8.25%) and Indiana (6%) customers (only).
- Payment
Payment by Credit Card
We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard. You can place your order online (we use an SSL secure server to collect credit card details) or via phone or fax. We do not use or recommend using email for credit card information, as it is not secure.
Payment by Check or Money Order
If you are not paying by credit card please send your check or money made out to SecurityKit.com along with your Order # to SecurityKit.com, 2633 Lincoln Blvd., Suite 410, Santa Monica CA 90405. Most orders ship within 2 business days after payment is received.
Purchase Orders
SecurityKit.com accepts purchase orders, with approved credit, from government, educational/Institutional and corporate clients.
- Leasing Options
SecurityKit.com can arrange for lease financing for orders of $1000 or more with a $1 buy out at end of term. The lease can be for our security products or can combine the security items with the equipment they will be used to protect. Use our online calculator (from our Home or Corporate pages) to see where your budget is and then apply online or call us for more information.
