The first component of the new iPad Clear Security Case is a hard, clear plastic case you can leave on for everyday protection. Since the iPad itself has no security slot, the iPad Clear Security Case has one built in so you can lock the (included) security cable to the case and secure the loop end of the cable around a fixed object. Once the case and cable are locked together and anchored, thieves can’t detach the case without damaging the iPad.

The strong steel cable will discourage any thief and prevent the most common form of computer loss – opportunistic theft.
